Senior Technical Support Engineer

• Manage the modifications in the Plant through the MOC Procedure. 
• Achieve the KPI established for the MOC process.
• Delivery of approved projects delivering benefits, on time, on budget, and meeting requirements and quality standards.
• Compliance of the Document Control System for ISO Certification<
• Manage the PI system in an effectively manner.
• Perform the MOC Coordinator role.
• Ensure that all reports prepared and submitted by Technical Support Department will be reliable and with high quality.
• Ensure the compliance of the MOC KPI.

• University graduate/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical is Preferred).
• Knowledge of power plant engineering, operation and maintenance.
• Knowledge in billing using similar system.
• Knowledge in CMMS systems.
• Knowledge in advanced Excel or data bases.
• At least 5 years related professional experience, in engineering and technical services in a power plant.
• Highly analytical, excellent reporting skills.
