Job Description

Plan, lead, organize, delegate and evaluate all HR related initiatives in relation to:

  •       Setting HR & Admin. Strategic plans & goals to achieve company’s KPI.
  •       Resourcing - ensures that the organization is able to identify and attract key people with the capability to create competitive advantage, and that it actively manages an appropriate balance of resource to meet changing needs, fulfilling the short and long-term ambitions of the strategy.
  •       Rewarding - builds a high-performance culture by delivering programs that recognize and reward critical skills, capabilities, experience and performance and ensures that reward systems are equitable, market-based and cost-effective.
  •       Learning and Development (L&D) - ensures that people at all levels of the organization possess and develop the skills, knowledge and experiences to fulfill the short and long-term ambitions of the organization and that they are motivated to learn, grow, and perform.
  •       Organization Development (OD) - ensures that the organization culture, values and environment support and enhance organization performance and adaptability.
  •       Employee Relations (ER) - ensures that the relationship between the organization and its staff is managed appropriately within a clear and transparent framework underpinned by organization practices and policies and ultimately by relevant employment law.
  •        Administration – ensure Administration Department plans and services efficiently met.
  •       Set and manage realistic department budgets that ensure department and company targets are achieved or exceeded at optimum cost to the company.
  •       Ensure compliance with labor law and all gov. laws in related to HR & admin.
