Division / Department Description
- Managing business reliability of the Rabigh Power Company services.
- Major focusing areas are maintenance and facility performance.
- It includes following activities but not limited to these.
- QA/QC(maintenance inspection of static equipment)
- IMS(Quality Management System, Environment Management System and OHSAS)
- Condition Monitoring such as vibration, temperature and facility performance monitoring
- Developing overall reliability program to improve the business reliability covering all services and implementation working with other plant departments.
- This program includes all items related to maintenance program, work quality, spare parts etc.
Department Objectives
Exceed customer satisfaction & meet contractual commitments by providing efficient & reliable O&M services achieve KPI targets defined in RPC Operating Philosophy Manual.
- Carry out 100% OSI annual inspections on all static equipment in both the desalination and power plants.
- Analyze 100% of the relevant maintenance activities.
- To achieve 98% of scheduled Condition Monitoring activities in order to detect early failure in equipment.
- To achieve 99% of scheduled Performance Tests activities in order to guarantee adequate Major Equipment Performance.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Plant General Manager for all O&M activities including following items :
- Conduct Reliability Enhancement Program to improve overall reliability of RPC service mainly focusing on maintenance.
- Overall Reliability Enhancement Program of all RPC services
- Maintenance Program (RCM, RBI, Bad Actor, Life Cycle Management, Maintenance Prevention etc.)
- Integrated Management System (QMS, EMS and OHSAS)
- Managing and improving inspection programs
- Statistical Analyzing of records to develop strategy
- Handling critical troubles
- ERM Representative
- Managing routine QA/QC job and condition monitoring
- Special job ordered by Plant General Manager
Qualification: Education/Training/Professional License
(List the professional / Academic / General qualifications and specialist knowledge required.)
- University graduate / BS degree (Mechanical or related fields) with Master's degree preferred.
Qualification: Experience
(Length of job experience and any specific industry experience.)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related engineering faculties such as mechanical, electrical or an equivalent combination of education is required.
Experience
Minimum 15-year experience with 8 years of management in utility plant, e.g. supplying power and steam
5-year experience of refineries or chemical plants. (Preferably)
