Job Summary
The secretary is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
He is responsible to performs administrative duties supporting the needs of internal and external customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
1Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
2Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
3Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
4Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
5Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
6Independently produces correspondence and reports using appropriate software and tools.
7Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills
1.Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management system principles
2.Office administration; an understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures; multi language skills.

Work Condition
The Secretary will have to manage a number of requests and situations at one time.
Stress may be caused by the need to complete tasks within tight deadlines.
