Maintenance Manager CSP

The ideal candidate will have experience being head of a maintenance organization. This role is responsible for the efficient and reliable maintenance of the plant ensuring all safety regulation, maintenance procedures and company polices are followed. The candidate will be comfortable managing a team and conducting analysis in order to highlight areas for improvement. Candidate should possess budgeting, forecasting and control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assigns work to engineers & supervisors and ensures that all tasks are carried out in a timely manner
• Training employees planning, assigning and directing work, and appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees addressing complaints and resolving problems
• To implement preventive maintenance plans and to arrange corrective maintenance activities as per requirement
• To reviews purchase requisitions for spare parts and consumables ensuring budgetary constraints and arrange strategic spares availability to cope up with the maintenance requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 10 years of related experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience critical thinking and organizational skills
• Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes
• Experience in CSP is an asset
