Founded in 2005, NOMAC, the First National Operation & Maintenance Company, provides high quality Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services for production of electricity and desalinated water worldwide.
We have sites in operating all across the Middle East & North Africa; Republic of South Africa, Eastern Europe and Vietnam. Our prime areas of Operation are in Production of Power, Water Desalination projects, regionally & globally.
What we need:
We are currently recruiting for a Director of Local Content Procurement, who will be responsible for the overall local content strategy by working closely with key internal stakeholders and fostering sustainable and strategic relationship with external partners and contractors.
He/she will be accountable to ensure the strategy is cascaded to all projects and relevant internal stakeholder and is implemented as intended hence, will work closely with the chief investment officer, business development team, procurement team, project companies as well as senior stakeholders within the company.
Who will fit:
- A candidate who has Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any other relevant discipline from a reputed university.
- One who carries 12-15 years of experience in general procurement and Supply chain, having 3-5 years of local content experience and exposure.
