The Future Leaders Adaptation Program, will give you exceptional opportunities to develop your technical and leadership skills with a variety of training, development, and mentoring to enhance your career and professional development.
The 2 years program will give the opportunity for the candidate to fulfil (after completing the program successfully) a position in one of the following departments:
- Finance and Accounting
- Performance Assurance
- Supply chain
- Legal
- IT & ERP Professional
- HSSE
*All posted opportunities located in ACWA & NOMAC offices (Jeddah/Riyadh/Dubai)
المهارات
The required qualifications for each department:
- Finance and Accounting | Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance
- Performance Assurance | Engineering degree with finance background.
- Supply Chain | Engineering degree, Project Management or Supply Chain Management.
- Legal | Bachelor or Master degree in commercial Law.
- IT & ERP Professional | Bachelor or Master degree in computer science / IT/ ERP (SAP/Oracle) Certification
- HSE | Bachelor or Master degree in Health Safety and Environmental or Engineering
