Job Summary
To ensure accurate and timely in-house payroll production in accordance with statutory regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities
1- Arrange the payment of staff salaries through the computerized payroll system.
2- Administer the Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay and Statutory Paternity Pay schemes
3- To process joiners and leavers
4- Provide advice to staff and managers in relation to pay, taxation and National Insurance.
5- To assist in the administration of the company pension scheme
6- Record sickness and other absences
7- To complete various forms required by HM Customs & Excise
8- Perform other duties as assigned
المهارات
Educational
-Bachelor in business administrator
Minimum Experience
Minimum 3 years in same functions
Required Skills
1. Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management system principles
2. Functional Knowledge; Process / Job Know How; Customer Service Skills; Computer Skills; Analytical Skills; Supervisory Skills.
Desired certification / Job specific skill / Training
1. SAP working knowledge
2. Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
