Job Description
- Conduct Reliability Enhancement Program to improve overall reliability of RPC service mainly focusing
on maintenance. - Overall Reliability Enhancement Program of all RPC services
- Maintenance Program (RCM, RBI, Bad Actor, Life Cycle Management, Maintenance Prevention etc.)
- Integrated Management System (QMS, EMS and OHSAS)
- Managing and improving inspection programs
- Statistical Analyzing of records to develop strategy
- Handling critical troubles
- ERM Representative
- Managing routine QA/QC job and condition monitoring
Skills
- University graduate / BS degree (Mechanical or related fields) with Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 15-year experience with 8 years of management in utility plant, e.g. supplying power and steam
5-year experience of refineries or chemical plants. (Preferably) - Knowledge, Skills and other Qualifications
- Attentive understanding on cross-cultural issues
- Excellent interpersonal skill with speaking and writing in English
- Strong problem solving skill
- Strong negotiation skill
- Knowledge about Operation and Maintenance
- Knowledge about utility plant such as the generation of power, steam and water
