Job Description
- Monitor SAP MM/QM incidents and resolution within SLAs
- Handle SAP MM/QM incidents, problems, change requests, rollouts, and new implementations.
- Provide consultation and solutions to SCM department to improve business process.
- Translate business requirements into appropriate functional solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.
- Prepare, review and conduct test cases, test scenarios and solution documents including unit test and user acceptance test.
- Coordinate with SAP and Implementation partners.
- Handle Special Projects as assigned by Management
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Departmental KPI.
