Founded in 2005, NOMAC, the First National Operation & Maintenance Company, provides high quality Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services for production of electricity and desalinated water worldwide.
We have sites in operating all across the Middle East & North Africa; Republic of South Africa, Eastern Europe and Vietnam. Our prime areas of Operation are in Production of Power, Water Desalination projects, regionally & globally.
What we need:
We are currently in need of Compensation and Benefits Associate on a temporary short-term contract basis, who will be responsible in gathering data to meet specific project objectives by using various informational sources. This role also involves assisting in planning design instrumentation, and research methodology for gathering data, collecting of information and establishes a database to catalogue, update and retrieve data, analyzing data to determine trend, discrepancies or other specific departmental business issues, managing the data using statistical analysis processes and project management techniques, and conducting presentations and designs ancillary visual graphics to enhance reporting.
Who will fit:
- A candidate who has Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance / Engineering / Econometrics / IT (preferably from a well-known university)
- With at least 2 years of experience in the facet of compensation and benefits.
- A proficient in MS Office with excellent numerical skills
