To supervise the Purchasing process for assigned Category Materials & services for UAE plants ensuring compliance with NOMAC’s supply chain policies & procedures, whilst ensuring internal client satisfaction with the materials and services provided in timely and cost- efficient manner.

Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor degree holder in Business administration, Engineering, Materials Management, Logistics and distribution or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
5-7 years’ experience in the same field on local as well as international purchasing
Skills:
- Understanding of the SAP system
- Knowledge of law/regulations and contracts
- Excellent knowledge of Purchasing to pay process
- Very good Planning and organizing Skills
- Very Good communication skills
- Very Good negotiation skills
- Ability to develop relationships with new vendors
- Ability to manage multi-national teams
- Understanding of Purchasing related risks and its possible mitigations.
