Technical Supervisor, Khalladi Wind Farm, Morocoo

What we need:

Technical Supervisor for Khalladi Wind Farm in Tangier Morocco will provide all required technical guidance on troubleshoots on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems. Supervise the preventive, and corrective maintenance works, daily troubleshooting, and repair and/or replacement of wind turbine mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and components.

Who will fit:

• 3-4 years’ of experience as a Wind Turbine Technician in Vestas V90 WTGs, including extensive experience in troubleshooting, uptower repairs, replacement of major components and operation (start/ stop/ reset) of Vestas V90 3MW.
• Technical Degree holder in Electrical or Electromechanical

What are the required attributes:

• Must be able to climb and work a top freestanding wind turbine tower that exceed 80 meters in height.
• Possess excellent customer relationship, advanced leadership and management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to produce clear and concise technical procedures in English language.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings and single line diagrams.
• Ability to solve complex problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, given proper instructions.
• Good communication skills
• Proven capabilities of knowledge transfer and continuous guidance of more junior technicians
• Good work organizational skills, with multitasking capabilities to deal with many requirements in parallel.
• Good reporting and paperwork handling capabilities
• Demonstrates the ability to continuously learn to further advance skills on troubleshooting and repair of the wind turbines.
