NOMAC Maintenance Energy Services (NMES), an ACWA Power Company, is the leading regional non-OEM service provider for the Middle East in terms of long-term contracted market share.
NMES supports its (internal as well as external) end-users by providing OEM-level quality services on critical rotating equipment (Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators and their auxiliaries).
We have established full service subsidiaries in KSA, Oman and UAE and maintain a continuous presence of personnel and equipment in 12 countries and counting. NMES is also developing several other service branches in the intervention-based industry (On-Site Machining, Leak-Sealing, Metal Disintegration, On-Line PSV calibration, etc etc) in different regions.

Scope of Work
- Carryout activities related to execution of work and participate actively in Operational Excellence initiatives and strategies. Key focus being management of field / workshop resources effectively to meet the customer demands with highest regard for safety and quality. Maximize the asset utilization and supporting other bases within the organization.
- Full accountability, tracking and ownership of the assets. Ensure correct tools / equipment sent to job requirements.
- Liaise with operations and commercial team to plan ahead for asset requirement. Liaise with logistic team to arrange site mobilizations timely.
- Maximize OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) through preventive / predictive maintenance on every equipment & liaise with procurement team for consumables / spares.
- Maintain MOL (Minimum Order Level) for consumable & spares.
- Monitor & track equipment calibrations.
- Maintaining documents related to equipment & coordinate with vendor on technical accepts.
- Embrace and practice LEAD culture / Continuous Improvement across the business.
- Work with NOMAC standard deliverables (KPI) and adhere to local laws.
Skills
Skills
- 3 - 5 years’ related experience
- Knowledge in portable / workshop machines & its operations
- Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management System Principles.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings, design & practices
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge in onsite applications related to NOMAC
- Ability to work within budgets and to deadlines
- Knowledge of environmental and health impact of chemicals being stored in the warehouse

Mechanical degree or equivalent
