Job Description
1To perform all types of Capability of cutting operation by hand tools, power machines, and gas cutter.
2To perform all types of fitting and installations of pipes and steel structure.
3Conversant for pipes bending (cold & hot).
4Conversant with all types of piping and fittings, structural steels.
5To recommend to Supervisor for purchase of materials and supplies for various types of welding requirements
6Knowledge of precise measurement using internal, external, depth, micrometer, Vernier caliper, internal, external, dial indicator, level gauges, right angles.
7Conversant of engineering drawings.
8Knowledge of precise measurement using internal, external, depth, micrometer, Vernier caliper, internal, external, dial indicator, level gauges, right angles.
9To Read and interprets fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
10Capability of all grinding and filling operations.
11To carry out any other duty assigned to him by the management from time to time.
12Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
1.Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management system principles
2.Be able to execute the welding activities with high precision.
3.Good communication skills in English Language.
4.Hazard Risk assessment
5.Aspect Impact assessment
Valid welding performance qualification certificate.
ISO9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 awareness/working knowledge is preferred.
