Job Description

  • Administrating, assisting, Covering and guiding CERPMs on all ERP/FF related issues
  • Provides technical assistance to Managements, contractors and subsidiaries personnel thru subordinates in regard to interpreting and complying with fire codes and NFPA standards or other international approved organization.
  • perform researches and find ways to improve the ERP system, perform/lead/ guide incident investigation.
  • Guide and assist CERPMs in Reviewing construction site plans and building plans for compliance with fire protection codes and standards
  • Evaluates the fire and emergency preparedness, to ensure alignments and sustainability.
  • Designing/ developing/recommending/ Leading ERT/ERP sustainability programs globally. (In-House / by 3rd Party)
  • Review and approve of all fire, ERT and emergency policy & procedures for the CERPMs to ensure implementation.
  • Evaluates contractor’s performance in meeting company requirements and objectives, interprets existing standards, develops new standards, reviews design documentation, and advises companies and contractor management regarding fire safety, property protection and public safety
  • Provides technical advice to contractor’s engineers while reviewing system plans, monitoring code information and conducting site inspections for new construction projects. Supervises professional-level staff, sworn and civilian, engaged in fire prevention duties.
  • Visit / Inspect all NOMAC’s sites, subsidiaries, HOs “KSA/International” to ensure standardization and alignments, support PGMs as needed, Attend MRMs, HSSE committee and external audits meetings.
  • Establish the ERT selection, evaluation and elimination criteria
  • Review the Major and Joint disasters drills & plans seniors and provide post drill recommendation
  • Establish, review and recommend changes on ERP for site specific needs
  • Standardize all PRs raised for Fire suppression, Protection and detection systems as well as PPE, fire equipment and fire trucks “as applicable”
  • Perform other duties as assigned by CHSSE Director, SVPs & CEO.
