SAP (SF) lead Support

• Handle SF implementations/rollouts independently across the globe
• Review of the contracts as and when required
• Prepare scope of work as and when required
• Technical advice to top management for improvement of HR systems
• Effort estimation for the new projects or system changes

• Strong project management and interpersonal skills; able to deal effectively with diverse skill sets and personalities, provide strong team leadership, and work effectively as a team player.
• Good understanding of SAP’s strategy, products, services and organizational structure
• Must track activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to customer and line management as appropriate.
• Preference will be given to someone who has prior functional consulting background
• Confident, articulate, and able to interact with Senior Management professionals
• Empathic listener, persuasive speaker, excellent presenter and negotiator
• Aggressive and Competitive
• Must be certified in SF EC or ECP
• SuccessFactors experience is must in EC and EC payroll
• Experience PM/GM is preferred
• Integration experience of SF with ECC & S4 HANA
• Experience in SF-Payroll for KSA is big plus
• Minimum 3 end to end SF implementations
