Job Description
- Handle SF implementations/rollouts independently across the globe
- Review of the contracts as and when required
- Prepare scope of work as and when required
- Technical advice to top management for improvement of HR systems
- Effort estimation for the new projects or system changes
Skills
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills; able to deal effectively with diverse skill sets and personalities, provide strong team leadership, and work effectively as a team player.
- Good understanding of SAP’s strategy, products, services and organizational structure
- Must track activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to customer and line management as appropriate.
- Preference will be given to someone who has prior functional consulting background
- Confident, articulate, and able to interact with Senior Management professionals
- Empathic listener, persuasive speaker, excellent presenter and negotiator
- Aggressive and Competitive
- Must be certified in SF EC or ECP
- SuccessFactors experience is must in EC and EC payroll
- Experience PM/GM is preferred
- Integration experience of SF with ECC & S4 HANA
- Experience in SF-Payroll for KSA is big plus
- Minimum 3 end to end SF implementations
