Payroll § Run the monthly payroll and pension process, liaising with HR to ensure that all payments and deductions (e.g. recoveries, final settlements, end of service amounts are made on time are made on time and with accordance with NOMAC policies. § Oversee the update of the system with details of employees’ bank accounts to effect payment into respective bank accounts directly. |

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: |
|
Minimum Qualifications: § Bachelors in Finance / Accounting with good knowledge of accounting procedures, protocols and guidelines. § Certification or accreditation like SOCPA (even partially) will be preferred. Minimum Experience: § 3-5 years of related and progressive professional experience in finance, audit, treasury, and/or accounting, preferably with an emphasis on treasury, taxation, and reporting Skills: § Proficient understanding of time deposit, Value-added Tax, Zakat, With-holding Tax, insurance, financial reporting, cost centre reporting, profit centre reporting, business analytics, cash forecast, cash management, bank portal, payroll treasury systems and policies and procedures and their application and compliance § Understanding of SAP is preferable § Data Analysis § Time Management § Communication § Problem Solving |
