Job Description
- Ensure all incoming materials received, inspected and reconciled with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received& update the transactions in the SAP system within 24 hours.
- Ensure items delivered on time from the Warehouse to the end-users and are 100% in good condition.
- Manage relationships between the division and plants; coordinate reviews of goals and develop action plans for 'future allocation' of job responsibility.
- Supervise, evaluate, and train employees assigned to warehouse.
- Direct and maintain a safety program for all employees assigned to warehouse.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements
- Maintains inventory accuracy by conducting Cycle count & Annual physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Continuous familiarization with the SAP system in all Materials Management levels.
- Submit a weekly listing of Purchased Orders delivered (W.A.R) to LM.
- Submit a daily report of Manual Ticket at to LM.
- Submit a daily report about re-location of SP as per schedule from LM
- Submit report of closing of month within the same day.
- Submit a weekly report for all warehouse operations records.
- Forward to each storekeeper a realistic weekly cycle count then to report to LM, to identify, non-moving and redundant items, and follow-up with corrective action to optimize corporate assets in inventory holdings.
- Assign to each storekeepers different Warehouse areas (Racks, rooms, shelter, area, vehicles, equipment) in order to motivates, to develop the dept. & to meet targets, to plan a visual inspection with each storekeepers and to forward a weekly MOM to LM, make constructive change in order to optimize space available in coordination with LM.
- Identify training needed in order to prepare a yearly schedule, to update the annual leave schedule and to inform LM in time.
Skills
- University graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical or related field), or Business Management
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse management (systems, processes and procedures)
- At least 8 years of related work experience, with at least 1 year in supervisor capacity
- Experience in IPP a must; experience in a power plant or industrial environment preferred.
- SAP user.
- Excellent communication, planning and organizing, people management skills
