We have sites operating all across the Middle East & North Africa; Republic of South Africa, Eastern Europe and Vietnam. Our prime areas of Operation are in Production of Power, Water Desalination projects, regionally & globally.

What we need:

We are currently recruiting for Maintenance Manager for Redstone Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) plant located in Postmasburg, South Africa, who will lead the maintenance function within the plant and manage the inspection, monitoring and repair of all assets / facilities to maintain optimum plant integrity and reliability in accordance with contractual agreements, NOMAC’s guidelines and HSSE standards, whilst ensuring uninterrupted plant operations and effective upkeep of assets. Who will fit:

• We are looking for candidates who have 12-15 years of experience in a similar environment with few years in a managerial position within the Power generation sector. Experience in Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) is highly preferred.
• Experience developing / implementing preventive and predictive maintenance processes is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

Who will excel:

• Candidates with in-depth knowledge of downtime analysis and knowledge of problem-solving tools
• Candidates with in-depth knowledge of maintenance management methods, of predictive inspection tools and of CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System, good knowledge of SAP Template desirable)
