What we need:
Operations Manager for our Redstone Concentrated Solar Power Plant in Northern Cape, South Africa, who will lead the Operations department of the plant and manage all operations and laboratory related activities in accordance with contractual requirements and defined quality, cost and HSE standards, to ensure effective achievement of production targets, whilst ensuring operational efficiency.
Skills
Who will fit:
- 5-10 years of managerial experience in progressively complex production plants with strong experience in the CSP sector, focusing on tower technology
- Bachelors of Technology in Engineering and/or related qualification at NQF level 7 or higher is preferred
- Open to all nationalities
