Job Description

Knowledge Sharing & Operational History for Center of Excellence will establish and develop a knowledge-driven O&M organization to further enhance equipment reliability, efficiency and overall fleet reliability. Positioning our fleet within the top quartile globally over the project lifecycle. 

 

  • Act as centre of expertise providing and managing operational history and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle in order to improve the plant efficiency, performance and reliability in the long term.
  • Establish and promote a lessons learned culture across the organization, including process and tools for capturing, organizing and retrieving information across the life cycle (design, construction, operation). 
  • Deploy thoughtful methods and develop process to ensure operational knowledge is transferred back to design, vendor selection, manufacturing, site erection/inspection, commissioning/testing, or operational protocols to ensure systematically that events are prevented from reoccurrence across the fleet.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive effective live database of lessons learned.
  • Ensure the lessons learned (incl. required action, timeline,..) are technically reviewed, vetted by respective central subject matter experts, before final communication.
  • Ensure all technical approved lessons learned are actioned upon in due time with the assigned owner i.e. Plants and/or other Business Unit and/or stakeholders.
  • Ensure lessons learned are presented, reviewed, and confirmed regularly by each New-Build Plant/Operational Plant team. Ensure necessary Lessons learned workshops are organized on various technologies.
  • Establish regular forums to promote exchange with central engineering (COE/CTS), BD, PEO and site teams regarding main incidents and RCA’s, and identified process changes.
  • Establish KPI to monitor progress and learning processes by keeping track of engagement (activeness level), impact, functionality, effectiveness and reoccurrence (reliability, performance, bad actors,..).
  • Evaluate and benchmark different vendors and critical equipment across the fleet, formulate recommendations and maintain a critical OEM vendor reliability database. Develop an equipment reliability ranking. Establish a regular interaction with Supply Chain Team and Project Execution Team PEO.
  • Active participation in the vendor selection process for every New Project, by reviewing the OEMs of each critical equipment and providing all lessons learned. This to ensure the right partner is selected whenever required.
  • Active participation in the regular technical specification (OTS) reviews for each technology and ensuring lessons learnt are addressed
  • Providing necessary coaching, training and support in the fleet to champion a knowledge management culture.

 

Who will fit? 

  • 5 Years of experience in the O&M field with high focus on overall plant reliability and plant optimization.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s in Engineering
