What we need:
Business Support Manager: is in charge to support and provide operational and technical advice and guidance to the business leads and their teams, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives, to ensure consistent and reliable performance of the operating plants.
Skills
Who will fit:
-A bachelor’s degree in engineering.
-15 – 18 years’ experience in Operations and Maintenance of power plants (Preferably Renewable Energy)
-Extensive leadership experience
-Extensive experience and know-how of techno-commercial aspects
-Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management System Principles.
-Good relationship building skills.
-Experience of performance management and monitoring
-Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
-Technical expertise in a given area.
-Ability to take decisions and operate in ambiguity
-Thorough understanding of the business value chain
-Ability to manage and work with people of all cultures
-Experience of working with Power Purchase Agreements
-Strong O&M experience
